India vs South Africa, 2nd Test Match at Pune, Day 3: SA 275, India Lead By 326 Runs

Pune: India bowled out South Africa for 275 runs in the final session of Day three to claim a 326-run lead at stumps on Saturday. Keshav Maharaj and Vernon Philander were exceptional with the bat as they delayed India’s charge and played out nearly the whole day in Pune. Philander remained unbeaten on 44 while Maharaj scored his maiden Test half-century before he edged one to Rohit Sharma, stationed at leg slip, off Ravichandran Ashwin. Kagiso Rabada was the last wicket to fall as Ashwin picked up his fourth wicket of the innings. Earlier, Faf du Plessis scored his 21st Test half-century. For India, apart from Ashwin, Umesh Yadav picked up three while Mohammed Shami took two wickets. Virat Kohli will have plenty of time to think whether India would like to enforce the follow-on or not.
