Rajkot: After India elected to field first, Bangladesh were off to a flying start with openers scoring runs freely. However, the Indian bowlers fought hard to restrict the visitors to a modest score of 153/6 in 20 overs. While Mohammad Naim, Soumya Sarkar, and Mahmudullah were the star batters for Bangladesh, Yuzvendra Chahal was the pick of the bowlers for the Men in Blue. In reply, India were given a flying start courtesy Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. While Dhawan departed for 31, Hitman scored a sublime 85 to put India on verge of a comfortable win. Riding on Rohit’s quickfire knock, India managed to level the three-match series 1-1 in Rajkot.
