India Vs West Indies Test : Day 1, India 203/6

After opting to bowl, Windies pacers made most of the conditions early in the day and reduced India to 25/3 in 7.5 overs. KL Rahul (44) and Ajinkya Rahane (81) resurrected the Indian innings with a 68-run stand for the fourth wicket. Rahane then added a valuable 82 runs for the fifth wicket with Hanuma Vihari (32). But both Rahane and Vihari got out in the space of five overs to give the hosts advantage at stumps on the opening day.

STUMPS: It’s stumps on day one as it pouring again. All in all a good day for India as they end day on 203/6. Kemar Roach was the pick of the bowlers as he ends with 3/34.
